This unit of learning asks the student to reflect and audit their own skills. This will inform the audit of skills obtained against the skills needed for the world of work. Through a self skills audit, the student will then carry out a detailed personal SWOT analysis. Students will create a portfolio of marketing material which will be designed and produced so that students can market themselves.
