Firstly - remember, student passwords expire every 100 days.
If your password expires you won't be able to access Moodle, VITAL, email or other College systems until your password is reset.
Before you submit a help request, make sure you've read the Moodle help guides listed on the homepage. These guides should contain the answers to the majority of user questions.
What happens when I submit a question?
Your question will be submitted to one of our members of staff. They will investigate your issue before replying to you either by email or phone.
Do I have to give my phone number? Why do you ask for my postcode sometimes?
No you don't have to provide your telephone number. If you don't, just leave that field blank!
We need your postcode to do some data protection checks.
