How do I complete, save and submit the form?
To complete the form online is quite simple - it's the saving part that's tricky.
Open the required form and complete each of the boxes that are available to complete (typically the fields that can be completed have a light blue background). Once you're done, check the form thoroughly and make sure there isn't anything missing.
When you are done and happy that the form is complete and accurate it's time to save. Saving the PDF as you would expect won't work.
- Instead, find the print button - it should be somewhere towards the top right of your screen, but that will depend on the browser that you're using. It should look like a button with a printer on it.
- Click the Print button.
- You should see an option to choose the printer (or destination, if you're using Chrome). There should be an option that is titled something like "Print to PDF", "Save as PDF", "Microsoft Print to PDF", etc.
- Choose the correct "print to pdf" option and click the Save/Print button - you should be given the option to choose where to save the file.
Once your file has been saved email it to the correct contact listed above
