Its My Shout
It’s My Shout Ltd has been specialising in finding and developing new talent for the film industry. Every year they work with communities to produce short films for their broadcast partners, BBC and S4C
For each production; they link communities with industry professionals, community associations, drama groups, schools as well as further education & higher education establishments, to find the best new talent in Wales. Our projects aim to provide opportunities in film production all year around in an integrated and progressively structured way.

A progressive training plan, consisting of 3 runs per week. Designed to take you from a beginner, to being able to complete the full 5km distance without stopping or walking

A plan designed for individuals already with a good level of general fitness, who may already do a small amount of running or participate in other forms of physical exercise. Also for those who have completed the beginner couch to 5km programme. Consists of 3 runs per week.

sessions every Wednesday from 1:30 to 3:00pm at the House of Sport. Please ensure you wear a mask to the venue, which can be removed during the session.
All students are welcome, however, please note that only under 19s can represent CAVC in college fixtures. Also please note that due to current restrictions, basketball sessions may be very different in the short-term. Girls Leadership and Safety Champions programme (GLSC)

The sessions will take place every Thursday evening, 5p.m.-7p.m., from 15th October – 11th March with the exception of school holidays.
Sessions will take place in the Main Hall of Butetown Community Centre. Catering will be provided.
All sessions will be socially distanced and will operate according to Welsh Government guidelines. This means that we have had to reduce the number of participants who can attend sessions in-person to 30. There will be opportunities to participate online.
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the project.
